How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on how much space your items take in our trailer, not by the hour. We offer clear starting packages for Single Haul Trailer, Half Trailer Load, and Full Trailer Load garage transformations. Storage unit cleanouts, whole-home removal, and estate sale help are custom quoted. Extra sorting hours are available as an add-on.

What items do you not take?
We do not haul wet paint and liquid chemicals, oil, gasoline or fuel, asbestos materials, medical waste, batteries, or other regulated hazardous materials.
If you are unsure about an item, ask before the appointment and we will tell you straight. See the full list under What we will not haul.
Do I need to be home during the cleanout?
Someone 18 or older should be available at the start so we can confirm what goes and walk the job. After that, you do not always need to stay for the entire load if access to the garage or driveway is clear and we agree on the plan up front.
Many customers stick around for peace of mind, and we are happy either way.
How long does a job usually take?
Most Single Haul Trailer jobs finish in under an hour. Half Trailer Load and Full Trailer Load transformations often run one to a few hours depending on volume, weight, and how mixed the space is.
We will give you a realistic time window when we quote the job so you can plan your day.
Do you donate or recycle items?
Yes when it makes sense. You choose what to keep, donate, or haul. Usable items can go to donation partners when possible. Recycling comes next. Landfill is the last resort.
Once items are donated or hauled, they are out of your garage for good. No haggling on the curb.

How should I prepare for the cleanout?
Having items gathered in the garage or driveway can help speed up the job, but it is not required. Mark keep piles clearly so nothing important gets loaded by mistake, and clear a path for safe loading when you can.
Note any items with surcharges like tires, mattresses, propane tanks, or untagged refrigerators. Photos with your estimate request help us plan faster.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Free estimates with no pressure. Share a few photos and a short description of the job and we will lock in pricing before we move a thing.

Can you take furniture and appliances?
Yes. Sofas, mattresses, washers, dryers, and bulk items are common. We can pull them from the garage or other accessible areas.
Some items have clear surcharges (mattresses and box springs, sealed containers and propane tanks, refrigerators/freezers/AC units without a freon tag). Details are on Item surcharges.

Scheduling is by appointment only, seven days a week. Limited spots are available each week, so booking early helps lock in your preferred day.
